We have been subjected to numerous attempts to register bogus users for the sole purpose of spamming legitimate members of this site. Therefore, as of July 25, 2010, he has prevented individuals from registering themselves on this site. The vermin are simply not going to win, but I am getting tired of deletting these bogus accounts on a daily basis.
